Plain answers to the questions owners ask first: what ArthOps is, what it reads, what it never does, and how a pilot starts.
AI software for restaurant owners. It sits above your POS, your accounting software and the delivery platforms, and replaces none of them. It reads the records you already keep, explains what needs attention, and prepares the work with a named owner.
It covers money, kitchen, operations, people, growth, control and compliance. Built for established restaurants, bars and groups.
Not as a live connection. It reads the exports and files you already download, read-only, from a folder you already use. No new file layout is read until you approve it once. The company a file belongs to is never guessed from its name.
Only records you already keep; nothing is re-typed. The full list is on Your records.
Attendance, shift handovers, manager notes and guest feedback are not read today.
Every figure comes from your records and fixed calculations. The AI explains it, answers your question and drafts the next step.
It is shown as missing, never as zero. Every figure carries its proof: where it came from, which outlet and period, how complete the records are, and whether it has been reconciled. When sales, settlements and bank do not agree, the gap stays visible with an owner until it is explained.
Control is thirteen named checks between your sales, settlements, bank and books. A check that cannot run says so. It is never shown as passed. Illustrative: ₹3,000 from a card settlement has not reached the bank; it stays listed, with Accounts named, until it arrives.
Compliance is per company: licences, filings and due dates, each with its own calendar. A company with nothing on file is told "nothing recorded", never "nothing due".
No. Each company keeps its own books, bank, staff, guests and compliance calendar. No combined totals across companies: not in a report, a brief or an answer.
A person. The software reads, explains and drafts. ArthOps prepares the work, names the owner and keeps it open until someone else checks the evidence. Once the next records show it was done, it is closed. Until then it stays open, with the owner.
Only when you switch it on. Every morning, ArthOps prepares a brief for you and one for each manager, with only their department's facts and the next action. The brief is written for WhatsApp and short enough for it. A person checks each brief before it goes.
No. No cameras. No score, warning or deduction comes from the software. A manager reviews; people decide.
What staff get: clear responsibilities, verified work, good work noticed. Salaries are published only when the payroll adds up exactly. A manager sees their outlet; the general manager sees operations, not salaries.
In your kitchen. Our operations consultants write the recipes, portions, duties, checklists and responsibilities with your team. The software is built to keep them with the business, not with one person. A new manager can start from the written standards and the open work.
Ask by typing, in English, Hindi or Gujarati. Answers come only from the figures ArthOps has published from your records; if a question cannot be answered from them, it says so.
Website examples are illustrative, not customer results.
